Delivery Information

Saturday delivery is available only for non-apartment residences or residences without specific time constraints.

All delivery locations must be accessible via an elevator. If the delivery crew is unable to transport furniture via the elevator, and staircase delivery is deemed safe, additional charges of RM35–70 / SGD 10–20 per floor per item will apply depending on size and weight. Please consult our sales representatives prior to placing your order.

Complimentary on-site assembly is provided for delivered items. This does not include installation involving permanent fixing to your home’s structure (e.g. wall drilling or mounting). Optional installation can be arranged at additional cost.

Mi Kuang does not provide uninstallation or disposal services for old furniture and unwanted items.

Full payment is required at least one week prior to the scheduled delivery date to ensure timely processing. Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in delivery delays or rescheduling.

All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Delivery to Singapore is free with a minimum purchase of RM2,000.

For orders below RM2,000, an additional delivery fee of RM100 will apply.

Customers are also responsible for Singapore GST (calculated on total purchase amount) and a one-time RM200 Custom Documentation Fee.
