Return & Exchange Policy
No Cancellation After Processing / Production
Upon order confirmation, any item that has entered the processing or production stage shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or amendment.
No Return or Exchange After Delivery
All goods are sold as final. No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted once the goods have been delivered and acknowledged in good condition.
Exchange Due to Size Constraints
If a furniture item cannot fit through the entryway or into the intended space, customers may request an exchange by contacting our sales representatives. Our team will assist in identifying a suitable alternative. All exchanges are subject to compensation or penalty charges.
Compensation / Penalty Charges
An exchange fee of a minimum of 30% of the product price will be imposed. Customers shall also bear the cost of return shipping and any price difference between the exchanged items.
Refund Policy
In the event that a refund is approved by the merchant, the recipient is required to complete a refund form with all requested information and details to facilitate the refund process, including their full name, identification number (IC), and address as stated on their IC.
