Every Singapore delivery has exactly three possible cost lines beyond your furniture: Singapore GST (9%), a one-time RM200 customs documentation fee, and — only for orders below RM2,000 — a RM100 delivery fee. That’s it.

Good to know
- Tuesday & Thursday: all residences. Saturday: landed (non-apartment) homes only.
- Delivery locations should be elevator-accessible; staircase carries (where safe) cost SGD 10–20 per floor per item.
- Full payment at least one week before your delivery date.
- We don’t provide disposal of old furniture, and deliveries pause on public holidays.

Can I buy furniture in JB and have it delivered to Singapore?
Yes. Singaporean customers shop at our Johor Bahru showroom (or enquire from our online catalog), and we deliver across the border to Singapore homes every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We prepare the customs documentation, and our crew assembles the furniture on site.
How much does furniture delivery from JB to Singapore cost?
Delivery to Singapore is free for purchases of RM2,000 and above. Below RM2,000, a RM100 delivery fee applies. On top of the purchase, you pay Singapore GST (9%, calculated on the total purchase amount) and a one-time RM200 customs documentation fee.
Which days do you deliver to Singapore?
Tuesdays and Thursdays for all residences, and Saturdays for non-apartment (landed) residences only, excluding public holidays. Full payment is required at least one week before your scheduled delivery date.
Do I need to handle customs myself?
No. Mi Kuang prepares the customs documentation for every Singapore delivery — that is what the one-time RM200 documentation fee covers. Your furniture arrives at your home already cleared.
Do you assemble the furniture in my Singapore home?
Yes. Complimentary on-site assembly is included with delivery. This excludes installation that permanently fixes items to your home structure, such as wall drilling or mounting, which can be arranged at additional cost.
Is furniture bought in JB covered by warranty in Singapore?
Yes. Singapore deliveries carry the same product warranty as local purchases. Full coverage terms are published on our Product Warranty page.
