Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
You are welcome to walk in anytime during operating hours to browse and buy loose furniture. For interior design or custom carpentry projects, please book an appointment so our consultants can give your project their full attention.
How do I get a quotation?
Send your requirements via the enquiry form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We provide one unified quotation covering all works — furniture, interior design, and custom carpentry — not just design fees.
How soon will I get a reply after I enquire?
We reply the same day to understand your needs. Loose furniture enquiries are usually resolved the same day. For interior design or custom carpentry projects, a detailed proposal follows about a week after we have understood your requirements or completed a site visit.
Can your team visit my home or site to take measurements?
Yes. For interior design and custom carpentry projects, our team carries out an on-site visit to take measurements and understand your space before preparing a proposal.
Is parking available at the showroom?
Yes. Free parking is available at our Johor Bahru showroom in Taman Tampoi Indah.
Do you deliver to Singapore?
Yes. Mi Kuang delivers furniture to Singapore on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Delivery is free for orders above RM2,000; Singapore orders are subject to GST and a RM200 documentation fee.
Do you offer interior design and custom carpentry in Singapore?
Currently, our interior design and custom carpentry services are available within Johor only. We can still deliver furniture to Singapore — see the delivery question above.
