Warranty Coverage
Furniture (Ready-Made): 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects on structure and mechanisms.
Custom Carpentry: 2 year warranty on structural integrity, hinges, drawer slides, and craftsmanship.
Renovation Works: 1 year warranty on workmanship including plumbing, electrical, tiling, and ceiling installations.
Mattresses: Warranty period varies by brand and model. Please refer to the product page or ask our team.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear from daily use.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Colour fading due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Alterations or repairs done by third parties without our approval.
Fabric, leather, or upholstery discolouration from stains.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Start your claim with the salesperson who handled your purchase — they already have your order on file and can move things along the fastest. Send them your order details together with a few clear photos of the issue. If you're not sure who to contact or no longer have their details, message us on WhatsApp or drop by the showroom and we'll connect you to the right person. Our team will then assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement within the warranty period at no charge.
Care & Maintenance Tips
To extend the life of your furniture, avoid placing items under direct sunlight, clean spills immediately, and use appropriate cleaning products for the material. For custom carpentry, ensure proper ventilation to prevent moisture damage.
